Unauthorized money taken from people

I went unto the site to see what it had to offer. the monthly amount seemed to be affordable and i subscribed to it. my payment bounced back which seemed odd at the time. when my salary cam in this month they took an annula subscribtion fee of R999.00 without my consent or authorization. i never even used the site. they now refuse point blank to pay the funds back to me.
