Firstly the their advert showed an substantial discount and membership for R46. When I subscribed the amount deducted was R196. When I asked they said I made an mistake I did not read the information correctly. My membership was only suppose to be for one month. The next month a renewal fee of R999 went of and I was informed I should have written a cancellation letter. I did that and my subscription was cancelled one month later. Now they informed me that no money will be refunded as I did not cancel in time???? I only gave them a star so that I can give them a bad review and warn other people.
