STAY AWAY FROM SINGLES50!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE SINGLES50 OR OTHER SITES THAT DIRECTOR LAETITIA PATEAU IS AFFILIATED WITH....PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN AND MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE THREATENING BULLYING TACTICS THIS COMPANY DIRECTOR USES TO INTIMIDATE CUSTOMERS TO TRY AND EXTRACT FURTHER MONEY FROM THEM.... After signing up for what I believed to be a 1 month trail period with Singles50 of which they advertised the cost as being $29.00, $99.00 was deducted from my credit card....this was RED FLAG number one...The trail period commenced on the 21st December, 18 and should have run through until the 21st January 19, I found out otherwise...RED FLAG NUMBER 2, I attempted within 10 days of activation of my profile to delete my profile but was informed my profile could not be deleted until I send a fax to a particular fax number issuing cancellation of my membership...RED FLAG number 3...I tried on 10 separate occasions to send the cancellation letter through to find the number given on their website was constantly displaying a busy signal....RED FLAG number 4....I tried many times to email their customer support team and all I would receive back was an automated message stating they would be in touch within 3 working days...I received 1 email back stating how to go about cancellation so once again I tried but had no success.... Singles50 customer support stated I could send a letter attached to an email of which I did but I never received a reply or acknowledgement....I had already cancelled my credit card at the end of December 18, and explained to my NZ bank why I was doing this I asked them to contact their ***** investigation team to go in and read the reviews of this singles50 and companies associated with this director....I advised Singles50 that my credit card had been cancelled very early on and the reasons why...RED FLAG number 5, they attempted to deduct a further NZ $300,00 from my cancelled credit card, when they were unsuccessful they sent a very threatening collections letter to me...The site I believe has profiles up that are not legitimate as no photos are added to these profiles they just display a very nice looking person on with a line and a camera through.... after being sent matches of unpleasant people that I had absolutely no interest in it appears that the personality profile you fill in at the start is an absolute nonsense....I was being shown profiles of men that quite frankly were people I would never associate with....There is a place for genuine professional dating sites NOT SITES LIKE THIS THAT USE STAND OVER TACTICS, ************ AND BULLYING...IT STATES TO ME THE NATURE AND PERSONALITY OF THE COMPANY DIRECTOR OF THESE ASSOCIATED DATING COMPANIES....
