Singles50, ********ly claim membership fees after cancellation

I had a listing with this company, in 2021. I only used the service for a month, their website don’t offer any option to discontinue the service. I send an email to their customer care to cancel my membership, but despite this, they debited my credit card with R999 for two months. I reported this to my bank’s ***** division who then reversed these amounts. I now get emails from their debt collector attorneys that I owe them in excess of R5000. Be vary wary of this company. I had to change my credit card, because they keep on putting claims through. My advise is that you must always use a virtual credit card available through most of tue South African banks, never use your physical card for any online transactions.
