Breach of contract - ****

To whom it may concern,

We have an unauthorised debit order of the amount R995.00 that was deducted from my account on the 17/08/2021 which I did not once again give permission / authorization. In the email thread below – it clearly states that my account has no linked paid subscriptions and my request prior to that was to stop any potential debit orders / paid subscriptions from immediate effect. Therefore this suggests that there has been a breach in your contract and this amount to be refunded into my account immediately and for my account to be deactivated.
