ABSOLUTELY USELESS - SINGLES50

What a bunch of useless individuals who cannot read eMails, that makes me think that whoever is reading them & replying cannot speak English!!! I've paid for 1 x month subscription via PayPal (as the webpage would't allow me to pay via credit card) but they claim that they haven't received payment despite sending all the information required and some extra proof. They keep asking me for the same information that I've already supp****. This has been going since 23 August but yet they still claim that no payment has been received, so unprofessional!!!!
