Unprofessional behaviour

Several months ago one of drivers of Singh's Hardware knocked me from the back in bumper to bumper traffic on the N2 highway.

The incident occurred on the 10th of October 2022. I have been extremely patient with the people who apparently deal with these matters but nothing was ever done. After many failed attempts of getting ahold of someone who could assist me I eventually decided to fix the car myself at a panel beater.

I sent the invoice to the person in charge and asked for the owners details which was refused. The cost of repairs were R3500 but according to the person in charge should have only cost me R1500 which is just outrageous.

Nonetheless I agreed (something is better than nothing I told myself), however to this day I have not received a cent.

I'm writing this review to make people aware of the people at this institution who will bear no responsibility for their actions and who I personally believe you should not be conducting business with.
