Pathetic service

0 STAR IS WHAT YOU DESERVE. Poor, poor , pathetic service. Staff is very rude, no empathy what so ever. My dad ordered 49k worth of building material but they failed to deliver 600 bricks which is worth R3400. The delivery guy probably forged my sister’s signature, stole the bricks and probably sold them. Today 10th December we went to Singh’s Hardware to complain but no luck. There’s no supervisor and manager on shift (we not sure if they were hiding him/her or they don’t have one at all) what a big establishment with no leadership. There’s no value for money, and they are not even apologetic about it. Not even owning up to their mistakes it’s embarrassing. We asked for the owners number they blatantly refused to give us and told us to send an email or call the same number that we had initially called. Singh’s hardware has poor customer service, staff has zero experience. I will never recommend this hardware to anyone. I really believe something needs to be done about this whole mess otherwise this company will lose a lot of money because we are taking them to court. I’d be glad to meet with the owners of this place before I issue out a court order. I am available on mail *** or give me a call ***. I will not let this go unless they do something.
