Poor service from Stanger branch and full of lies

Poor service from Stanger branch and full of lies. Placed order for material last the 24th of April 2025 until today the 29th they haven't delivered my material. I have accumulated more expenses due to this act, and even whe n i phone the store they just being dishonest with promising the delivery which is not happening. Called store several times on the day and even ask to speak to the manager however i was not allowed opportunity to express my fastruction regards the ill treatment am getting as a customer.
