Singer Futura 350

I have a Singer Futura 350 Embroidery Machine. I had to replace my computer with machine running on Windows 10. Now the Singer does not work on Windows 10. Singer claims that they do not have a solution, and that the programme only works on Windows 7 ….. can they not upgrade their machine software to work on Windows 10. I therefore cannot operate my embroidery machine and do not think it fair to persons owning a machine that you cannot upgrade your computer. Seems like one is now supposed to throw out your Singer Futura 350 and acquire a new machine – which I think is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I definitely will not buy another Singer product or recommend it to anybody else.
