STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE & SCORNFUL SNEERING MANAGEMENT

Dishonest, unhelpful, broken promises, chaotic, staff who didn't know what they were talking about (except the actual technician). Waited nearly a month and when I complained was sneered at by an arrogant 'manager' who basically said he had 15 000 other clients so what did I matter. I pity those 15 000 clients.
