Sinetech can not deliver on their promises

I have purchased a UPS for my home from Sinetech. They specified that this unit will be able to handle 1000 Watt. The items I wanted to run when we have load shedding only comes to may be 700 Watts.<br> And now it's not delivering the goods. I have connected a Amp, Plasma, and DSTV and the plasma is not working. I have send them numerous E-mails and then it's one thing then another. <br> I have disconnected everything and just try to run the TV but no luck.<br> Does any body have an idea what I can do or is there somebody else from Sinetech able to assist.<br> Please it costed an arm and a leg and not working properly.
