Poor quality Ohmnipower batteries and no support from Sinetech

Bought Ohmnipower batteries from Sinetech through Segen. It failed within 7 months from purchase and only worked during load shedding. Sinetech tested it and said I've charged it at 56A and it must be charged below 30A so the warranty is rejected. My inverter can only charge at a maximum of 20A and was always set at 10A! Still struggling to resolve it. Really disappointed in Sinetech and Ohmipower.
