Oxygen Machine takes two weeks to repair
We gave a faulty Oxygen machine in for repairs. Apparently the turn around time according to Johan Pieterse is two weeks. There is no way they can repair it faster. After further inquiries Johan told me there is no way Sinetech can help us. The patients must buy a new machine as a backup for the backup, which will cost a further R6000.00 He doesn't care if it is a person that rely on oxygen to survive, two weeks it is what it will take. I tried to phone Hebert Teubner, the CEO but all calls get diverted so that you cannot get hold of him.
Why doesn't Sinetech employ more technicians if there is such a big problem? I would like a reply a.s.a.p. as what to do as this poor elderly person is without oxygen.
