Not a company I would do business with

Sent them a mail for a quote for a ATM solution than I am working on, didn't get a reply for a week. Called them and asked to be put through to sales, spoke to a sales person to whom I complained about their non response.. here is the kicker - he tells me that the sales person are too busy to respond to emails. Finding this response unacceptable I asked to speak to his boss, he refused to give me a name. I then asked for his details and hung up. Called to the switchboard again and asked to speak to one of the directors - I was refused a name. Their website does not have any details about who management is. I am just glad to have a sneak peek of what our backup service would have been before getting into bed with these arrogant ppl.
