I hate it when a company comes highly recommended, just to fail the client. Won’t shop from Sinetech again

I shopped online for an inverter paid via EFTimmediately, only to discover that ‘the payment had not gone through on their side’ because of a system outage. I have been trying for two days to get them to phone me back with an update. Also heard they don’t have stock. Asked for a refund and have been ignored (like for an Eskom complaint) with no feedback.
