Morudi confirm that we have gone into a verbal agreement with Sindiswa Molete. To do decor designs for our wedding held on the 4th of December 2021.

Sindi was not available on the day of the wedding to do the set up. She sent people who were drunk to come and set up a tent, by the time they arrived with the tent was at 12pm. The tent provided was dirty and was not waterproof.the picture below proves that we were holding an ambrella inside the tent so that we don't get wet. During the day at 2pm.i Phindi Ngoma tried to contact Sindiswa Molete to ask about the tables and chairs and her cell phone was off. Only at 3:30pm tables and chairs were delivered, and the set up was done till 5pm. Which was already late and our guests were leaving the vanue. She promised to deliver the above waterproof tent and the morden Decor and none of that was delivered The tables were empty. No plates or underplates. No fresh flowers. No Glasses , less cutlery , only champaign glasses which were not the same, each table hardly had 10 glasses , these were literally empty, so literally Nothing was done here . I requested a Venda Morden décor and none if that was offered.

Eventually when the chairs and tables arrived,,, it was late they did set up untill 5pm. And By then our guests where already starting leave .

The picture above also confirms that we were not offered a back drop for Mr & Mrs, Now our photos were ruined.

I Phindi ngoma would like to confirm that the white carpet used on our table and chair was mine.

We have also requested a Jumping castle but unfortunately it was not opparating because one of the pipes to connect it was not available.

TO even think that I have numerously requested a contract from Sindiswa and she continued to say that she will make a plan.

Everytime she would remind me that I must pay. I must pay and I must pay. Eventually I got worried and told her that I want a contract. And till today I have not received the contract from her.

Our welcome board was so ambarrassing. The picture is dull. You can't even recognize the color yellow on this picture. (Picture attached below)

my cake was destroyed because her tent was not waterproof and we had to remove it from the tent.

The tent which she has provided fell during the process and almost hurt our guests and the people she send to set it up were no were to be found.

To come to an conclusion I would like to request a refund from Sindiswa as she has failed to provide the service as promised.
