Daylight ******* by owners

As a mother I asked my husband to help and take my daughter to rent a dress for a school function, when they returned home I made her fit it on but the dress was so tight around her arms, so i sent him straight back to return it. They charged us R380.00 and would not even consider refunding us, i would accept if the took a percentage but to take the full R380.00 for not even 1 hour is so unprofessional, to not even listen to why is even worse. So they advertise, rate our service and you can win R500.00, well obviously there will be no bad ratings .
