engine tag plate lost by panel beater

HI,<br> <br> I have had continuous problems with this panel beater the car has not been completed, with all repairs due to poor selection of replacement parts.<br> <br> Accident happened on the 8 April 2015.<br> <br> then two weeks ago I discovered that the engine tag that is riveted under the hood is not there, after checking with the panel beaters they agreed it was there when the car was sent in and not there when I received the car back.<br> <br> I have asked them to resolve this, its cost me so much money already. they don't wanna solve this part of the problem at all.<br> <br> no calls or apologies from the people who own the company only an offer a letter to carry around to say who lost it, which means nothing in the real world.<br> <br> its the poorest service I have ever seen, I am a non complainer. I easily except peoples useless ways and move on. but this is just too much.
