DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CLASSES OR BUY A DIGITAL PRODUCT/STORE FROM HERE! I wish there was a 0 rating option because wow, I am beyond shocked and disgusted by the joke and unprofessionalism of this service! I signed up for classes and a ready-made store based on the positive reviews on social media, but have come to realize these reviews are orchestrated. Let me tell you how... Sinalo creates ready-made stores for you and advertises that he provides suppliers for the products he adds to your store. But the suppliers either don't exist, they don't sell the products you have in your store, or their contact numbers are incorrect. When requesting these details from Sinalo, you're told to research it yourself because he can't do 'everything' for you, however, you pay for a suppliers list and extensive coaching throughout getting your store ready to launch (the group classes) as part of your package. Sinalo also copies and pastes products and info from his other store urbanstore.co.za, but assures you that it's authentic and unique to your preferences. At the end of the group classes (which each last 30-40 mins of regurgitated info btw), he gives you an 'offer' - do a video review for his social media in exchange for a FREE consultation whenever you need it (these usually cost R350 per 30 mins). Upon wanting to set up my consultation, he ghosted me for weeks, proceeded to post my review, and STILL ghosted me. He then blocked me from social media (when I called him out on it in his DMs) and his contact number so I couldn't contact him. He doesn't deliver quality service and is very condescending and impatient with his students, he doesn't hold up to his end of the deal, and he certainly does not illustrate any sort of professionalism in his classes or communication.

Rather take the time to research extensively, join support groups on FB and spend months working on your store, no matter how long it takes, than contact this 'expert' who promotes himself as South Africa’s No.1 Dropshipper and eCommerce Coach
