Sinai Development its a ****

Kindly please note that i have registered a 3 bedroom apartment with Sinai Developments in August 2021 and move in two years back and i had snags and defects that needed to be attended by them for example Cracks on the walls, kitchen units falling off inside out, plumbing that needed fixing and also the tiles were cracked etc. and they promised that it will be fixed, they were fired and new property management was allocated to us by trustees in the complex and whatever that was promised from even the landscape, play area, parking lots and lots of issues was not delivered. I tried communicating with the new property management they say i have to fix everything by myself. But my first question was how did Standard Bank approved everything when they did inspection of the Bond? Secondly how does National Home Builders played a role as the development its not more that five years what is the warranty? Thirdly the state agents that sold us the property didn't ever bother to come and hand over the property on the Day? And also lastly what is Victor and Partners doing about it as attorneys notaries conveyancers as most people who bought 80% of them in my complex are complaining and issues are not resolved and by the way the complex name is Spring Glades in Roodepoort in Princess, we were ****** day light with everything.
