Never use Simunye Pools

I am so disgusted, disappointed and regret using this company. I own a swimming school and during lockdown my pool started leaking. Steven Khupe did an inspection of my pool and said it would need to be resurfaced. He carried out the work in July and by November my pool surface started deteriorating and staining. I reported the matter to him and he said I should have inspected the work on completion. I sent him the pictures and requested he comes out but he refused. He told me I was rude and cut my call. He then sent me a message informing me that he is blocking me on whatsapp. So 18k later and 6 months later and he has the audacity to treat a paying customer like this. His email address on his invoice bounces back as well, don't get yourself into the mess I got myself into. This company has no ethics or customer service!
