Worst plumbing service! Disgusting

Do not Use Simunye Plumbing works... It's the worst Disgusting service ever.. My geyser burst yesterday morning and it's already day number 2.. Noone came to help they said they coming at 12 yesterday Noone came.. I called. Today they said some one coming.. Noone came.. We have not washed. Can't flush toilet.we have a new born baby in the house who needs water for milk formula. This company is unprofessional and Their service is poor AF
