Worst company ever!!

If you are referred to by your insurance please don’t use them. We are one week without hot water. They give you the run around, never stick to appointment times, sent elements that don’t fit, their staff force fits parts and after one week I still have no hot water. This company is a nightmare. They come at 6pm to your premises (after working hours) and work during loadshedding leaving work unfinished. They double book appointments leaving you waiting for hours waiting for them, It’s frustrating, annoying and *********.
