Happy and excited Simtan Trading client
Thank you simba and the Simtan Trading team l will recommend you anytime for your quality workmanship and trustworthy .With such amount of money we where very scared but you showed us that there is still good people in the world.Our nutec home feels strong and its feeling like a normal brick house in this winter .I can say Simtan Trading is the best nutec house builder with clients consideration in heart.Thank you ounce again and may God bless your business.Thank you to the team for being friendly and accommodating during our adjustments during the project .You guys know what you are doing

Simtan Trading NOT A GOOD IDEA
The Build started on time and progressed fine up to a point where they disappeared without finishing the stairs, stoep, railings, window fasteners and the water connection. After 2 months of nagging they finished the stoep, railings and fastners but did not connect water or do the staining of the wood. They suddenly posted on Facebook that the build was finished with a video patting themselves on the back. They also left 2 large piles of building rubble. I messaged Simba and Val to no avail and after finding water leaks and other issues which i reported realised that if I wanted to move in I had to finish all myself. It has cost me R680 000 for 2 units. Plus all the extras that i had to fork out with labour and goods its cost me thousands more. My advice stay away you might be lucky and get them on a good day but looks like I was the unlucky one,

The build went up very fast and the team is very neat and tidy we did two Nutec houses with Simtan trading and we are very satisfied,thank you Simba and the team we are very happy with our turkey Nutec Huis we can recommend you anytime can't wait to build the third one with you in December
