Don't Regus do a tenant vetting process? I received an email response to a job advertised on Bestjobs.co.za. Sims contacted me - Simphiwe, told me I am pre-approved then I must come for interview. They had scheduled everybody for 9am, nobody seemed to know who Sims Recruitment was or who Simphiwe was. There were about 10 people waiting all for Sam or Simphiwe. Nobody came to call me, eventually after waiting over an hour I went to find someone. I was sold to A lady came and then ushered us to the "waiting area" - the steps outside. I decided this is nonsense and went back up to find out ***** was going on. Then a lady came "Zolika" I gave my documents and had to pay R240 for them to apply for police clearance on my behalf. I was told I would get an sms acknowledging the payment and giving the procedure. That was 18th Oct. Still nothing. Luckily I am temping just up the road from the Metropolitan Building in Parktown where Sims is based. So when the weather clears I will go take a walk and go deal with these people - if they are still actually renting there
