unreasonable overcharged contigency fees, ******

my mother was involved in accident 3years ago and was assisted by them , and she was overchaged , charged more than 25% on contigency fee ive been trying to get clarity from them since 2020 till today they only response i get is that the attorney is busy will have a look on them file till today nothing has happened im even considering of taking other step trust never ever deal with this ****** never use their service
