Simpson Motors sell defective vehicles

We bought the under mentioned vehicle on 30 December 2015. All paperwork was signed on that date, but to this day I have not received a copy of the contract. My finance was approved through Absa Finance and the first payment went through on 28 February 2016. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> However, the vehicle was taken back to Simpsons Motors on Wednesday 24 February 2016 where they identified that the Turbo and Propshaft need to be replaced. The vehicle was sold to us with a 2 year warranty plan and we were assured that they will commit to repair anything within that period. After numerous discussions this was agreed to by Simpson Motors.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> We were advised that the vehicle will be ready for collection on Saturday 27 February, as we explained that we were in the process of moving to Nelspruit on the Sunday to start new employment in the area. We however found the Mahindra garage where the work is being executed to be closed on Saturday. On Monday we were told the vehicle will be ready, but needless to say this was still not the case.
