Bad product and customer Service

Customer service is bad and the product has a battery life of 1 hour and charging is 3 hours. They never followed up on emails and confirms with the client their delivery details or anything they give the courier guy the wrong information and also don't get back to the couriers with the correct information. You only get some contact when you leave a bad review and tarnished their "good name".
