*****ing from the consumers

<p>I gave them permission to rent out my property, we did not agree on the mandate and I made it clear but they are renting out my propertycollecting rent but refuses to transfer rentals. So they *******ly rent my property.</p> <p> Their agents and staff are *****.</p> <p>They are not registered with the Estate Agents Affairs Board.</p> <p>They contract with tenants without meeting the requirements of the National Credit Act for responsible lending, they put a tenant that does not qualify so that they get a commission from the landlord, the tenant will default and they find another tenant who does not qualify, get commission again and again. Thats how they rob people.</p> <p>They do not respect the SA legal system. They get letters from the lawyer and do not respond accordingly but they do not seek legal advise. They have ignored me many times when I communicate with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>My property is rented at R9000, but they collected about R32000 incimmission of less than 7 months occupation and I have also not received a cent from the rental from the tenant. How is that possible?</p> <p>They make promises to tenants without consulting the landlord to solicit a tenant and forces the Landlord to comply to their promise.</p> <p>They rented my property without a mandate just to get a tenant to benefit them not me.</p> <p> </p>
