**** Service

<p>I am a reseller of company protective wear. I bought overalls, t shirts and safety shoes from Simply workwear in Pretoria and I would just like to say their services are the worst. I ordered and paid in full on Friday 01/07/2016 now 11/07/2016 I still have not received my stock which was suppost to be delivered via courier. I know delivery for out of stock items is 3-5 working day, I was promised that I will have my stock by Wednesday 06/07/2016 wich I did not receive. Simply work wear have 4 numbers on their website and only 1 is working on a Friday. I tried phoning from Wednesday andNO ONE picks up a phone of responds to email. When I aventually got through on Friday I was told by an employee who was handling my order she was absent from work and returned on Friday, Clarified that my stock have arrived at the warehouse but Simply Workwear just didnt seem to bothered to send my stock to me. I was again promiosed by the same employee that the courier company will pick up stock at noon Friday 08/07/2016 and she will then send me the traking details and assured me I will receive my stock on Monday 11/07/2016. It is Monday 11/07/2016 and I have received no email with tracking details and again phoned from 08:00 am and it is now 11:00 am and still no one picks up a phone. I will never do business with them again as they are full of empty promises and not good with customer service either.</p> <p> </p>
