Bad Quality Furniture

My Parents bought UH DA 4 Piece Lounge Suite on 09/03/2020 worth R44000. Now this furniture recommended a company for scorch guarding and they used that particular company. Now the lounge suit is damaged and they were notified and they blamed the scorch guard company. The scorch guard company came and assessed the suit and said it is impossible for the cleaning to cause such damage. Simply style furniture sent a representative and the store manager came to a conclusion that the furniture was not bought from them. Proof of purchase is available.
