Worried customer Jersey issue.

Worried customer 2nd review that I'm writing. I'm worried because I haven't heard anything from hellopeter and I'm still stucked. I complained of a damaged Jersey that was bought in February 2020 which I took back to the store and the manager refused to exchange the Jersey instead he took the Jersey to the tailor to be fixed and it was worse damaged than before. So I refused to take the Jersey back because it looks old and ironed.The Jersey still kept at store simply school uniform store in Alberton. Please help me to solve the problem.Schools will be opening soon.
