Claim for not getting my order
Is vifaibt something serious in sales marketing? I paid $25.05 for 145 luxurious artist painting set on 16th of August 2021 by PayPal SIHONGERUN and I didn't get it until now and this order was made for more than five months ago

13 Jan 2022, 13:28I returned here in this message to let you know that a few hours ago I got a message from VIFAIBT Team in which they explained that the parcel has been returned abnormally to them and they promised me to send me again this set. I'm waiting now to get it....

I still didn't get the set I ordered last year.
They promissed to send me again the set but until now I didn't get the new tracking number.
Now I am not able even to claim the money I paid them.
I am very disappointed...
