Benefit of the doubt

<p>My first experience with Simply Pizza Polokwane was terrible, the pizza was over an hour late and cold. When i enquired what the company policy was around late delivieries the agent on the phone didn't know. It was so unprofessional so i decided to give them a second chance. But this i went to the store in Cycad to order and pick up the pizza. It was chaotic, i was not sure if that was becasue of short staffing or if the staff was new. The driver had to come from the kitchen to assist the two ladies in front because they were just not coping with taking the orders, answering cell phones calls and assisting the queue. The third time was when i ordered a large order for my office in Plk CBD, this time, the pizza arrived on time, it was still warm and we really enjoyed it. Simply Pizza makes good pizzas but the ccustomer service needs more work.</p>
