Raw Chicken Platter

I came across simply pastry when searching for platters In Brackenfell, i dealt with Ciska who was friendly took my order which was 25 drumsticks and 25 wings \ until my guest started eating and everyone started coming to me saying this chicken is still raw all 25 drumsticks were raw drumsticks i was so embarrassed i have mailed them today and was told that i can get 50% off my next platter uhm they messed up my platter why would i ever buy there again and for what occasion would i need a platter with 50 pieces of chicken on as my 30th is now finish .I then dealt with the owner Lance who refuses to refund me half of what i paid for this platter.This is terrible service i would not recommend anyone to go there as they messed up my platter for my 30th birthday need i say this was my only chicken platter the rest was savories
