Very *********** service just to get a copy of my Device Insurance contract

I am simply trying to get a copy of my Device Insurance contracts. No joy. I tried the number which just goes in circles. Then eventually I got to an option where I will receive WhatsApp support. They literally took hours to respond and eventually responded hours later to say they have to ask management to email the contracts to me. After that I have heard nothing further. I have tried to follow u via the WhatsApp channel with no response. I don't think they have copies of the contracts. I'm done and going to cancel with them.
