These ones and Telkom must be the worst service providers I've ever had to deal with. I regret the day I agreed on insuring my phone with them and even buying my phone with telkom. I have claimed for a lost phone and somehow they don't see the phone usage, yet it's being paid for and obviously was being used. They telling me that it can take 14 days. That time I use the phone for work as well. So inconsiderate and care nothing for their customers... Useless bunch! I feel like they are ****mers. DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. You will definitely regret it. I can guarantee that. Don't even take their calls!
