Place is dirty and sell old fish

No star rating, It's zero star actually. This Shop is based in Milnerton Montague Gardens, The Gallery Centre Mall. The name of the shop is called SIMPLY NOSH, they sell Fish and Chips and Gatsbys etc. On my way from work I bought 2 pieces of Snoek Fish & Chips on the 28/09/2020 around 17H06. I was so excited and hungry & I was happy I wasn't going to make dinner. Anyhow I swiped for my order, as the young man was busy in the kitchen with my order- I started noticing that the restaurant was not clean. I checked for hand sanitizers & none. The tables were not wiped at all - I could see some grease and a few crumbs, no sign of hand sanitizer. Anyhow I didn't say anything, I just took my food and went home. When got home, the Snoek Fish was not smelling like fish, it smelled & felt like it was an old rubbery fillet chicken . We ended up not eating the fish because we were scared. I don't want my money back because it won't be worth it, driving up there again. All I'm saying those guys are going to poison people and whoever goes there to see the place must take pictures or send a food and health inspector. Fish in fact "white meat" is very delicate, u cannot just store it or re-heat it 5 times. You are going to kill us!!! I tried calling them so I could let the person in charge know but with no luck no one has been answering hence it took me 2 days to write to Hellopeter. Hoping they would come back to me.
