I am very dissapointed with this Company. I was promised easy claims for my staff lifes & funeral cover.

When claiming for one of my employees who recently passed away, I completed the claims form and all required documents as per the claim form.

I was later then asked for a list of another 8 documents, which included a High Court Document?? At no point was this ever communicated to me that the claims process would be so complicated and take SO LONG.

The funeral for my employee was 3 weeks ago and the family have still not received a cent from the Funeral Cover plan, which we paid for all our Staff.

When asking questions you are sent a generic reply email requesting the same documents.

I dont know how any company with ethics could operate like this, and ***** from people who have very little to begin with.

Stay away, do your research and go with a trusted Company who pays out, SIMPLY LIFE COVER are **** Artists who "SIMPLY" do not want to pay.

I will continue to share and take this feedback online to warn off as many people as i can of this shocking Company who have no ethics or morals.

I will also continue to have this claim settled for my staffs Family as he was the main bread winner
