My wife ordered some Kito tablets off a sponsored Facebook page for R99 (SPECIAL trial offer), which was debited and delivered.

One month later there was an unauthorised request for a debit order on her account, which a couple days later came off for R825.

they say MONEY BACK GUARANTEE but no where on this sign up form did it say PLEASE CALL US WITHIN A MONTH OR WE SHIPPING IT.

when we call them to query this, they say it's on their website, BUT the Facebook page takes you nowhere near it, and they keep saying the tablets work, and not interested in refunding.

we contacted the bank immediately and hopefully it's sorted out.
