My husband and I tied the knot on 29 Feb 2020 and we were looking for an affordable but..MODERN and awesome catering service. As we all know that this is very hard to find. We met with Jen, Along with my mom ... To actually TASTE her food before we made a decision. She gave us an offer all three of us couldn't refuse, then the nightmare began.

I was wary, and asked if we could pay the balance on the day of the wedding.at the time she hastily agreed..... until she sends me this INVOICE advising of costs etc and demands the Balance, which I paid.. only for her to show up THREE HOURS LATE.

WITHOUT THE CHAMPAGNE GLASSES SHE PUT IN THIS QUOTE..

my guests drank out of my aunt's houses glasses and. .the food WAS DISGUSTING!!! WATERY curry, hard pastries, there was NO CHICKEN WRAPS as she promoted.well...suggested!?

Her service sucked.

She spent more time trying to make me feel sorry for her because of how her RUDE DRUNK HUSBAND treated her!

She said he told her to not keep doing this cause she was embarrassing herself!

She embarrassed MY NEW HUSBAND AND ME !!!

We had paid for 150 ppl to be fed and there wasn't enough food!!! Yet we only had under 100 guests.

She brings ONE 25L JUICE for 150 PPL

Omg I get upset thinking of this again.

She didn't even APOLOGIZE when I sent my complaint. She brushed it off..said she would get back to me...

5 days later,my husband calls for an update and she says her lawyer is reviewing it..

THEN. GETS ANGRY AND DROPS THE LINE ON HIM. Jen you were a ****ing waste!

Your husband has a point.

STOP DOING THIS TO PEOPLE YOU ARE **** AND ITS HORRIBLE TO DO THIS TO UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE!!!!
