Construction work at its worst

Eric Liebenberg, owner of a construction company called Simply Projects or Simply Construction or Simply Holdings or Simply Group (this should have been my first red flag) cannot be trusted.

Eric started a construction job with me in November 2022, which according to him and the contract was a quick 3-week project. It is now almost April of 2023, and this 3-week project is nowhere close to being complete. Eric, although agreeing to all issues and agreeing to refund me in December already, has not done anything to rectify the situation.

The work itself is sloppy and with many errors, like installing a ceiling without the insolation (which was the main reason for the renovations), leaks when it rains, building where water outlet pipes are and is now blocked, etc.

Money was paid to him, and I am now stuck with a building site and a case of theft to deal with every day.

I cannot recommend his service. Please be super careful.
