Management are completely useless and *********** I have NEVER come across a complex so miss managed.

They let certain areas plants die and others over watered. Trees are dead all over the place

Its almost like they want things to die, so they can plant more and get paid for it.

In the two years we have been in the complex, I have seen them walk around only twice, all the other times, they drive through to the chairman's house and then stop at the main building.

USELESS, USELESS, USELESS

The one occasion they did walk around they walked right past a particular area of major concern, and still to this day nothing has been done.

Management drives around in amazing new Ford rangers, yet they cant even pay their staff properly, who have to walk to work.
