The Simply Fix team was excellent, 10/10

The Simply Fix team was excellent, 10/10. From quick, professional and hassle-free WhatsApp communication to excellent, professional service delivery, everything was seamless. I contacted them at 14:02 and, as requested, they arrived promptly at 15:15. The admin team was helpful and responsive, providing everything I needed quickly, without any delay or unnecessary back and forth. They were a breeze to work with and fixed my broken washer/dryer in no time (the work was finished by 4pm the same day). I couldn't recommend them more as an honest, trustworthy and professional appliance repair company. A huge special compliment to David as a sign of my immense gratitude for him and his team. David is extremely professional, and I was very comfortable having his team in my home. Beyond that, his personality is something special. He is gentle, kind, caring, respectful, warm, polite, and an absolute gem. I can highly recommend him for any appliance servicing needs.
