Please do not use Simply First Plumbing

My geyser had to be replaced and my insurance company used Frogi to recruit a plumbing company. Simply First Plumbing was asked to replace the geyser. They made an appointment for 10.30, then **** and said that it was for 2pm. When they finally arrived they realised that they had to get a carpenter to remove the cupboard where the geyser was in. The carpenter from another company arrived promptly and did the job. Simply First failed to come back. I called them and they said that we had to make another appointment for the plumbers to come out again. After reading all the bad reviews, I am cancelling the job, and will look for other plumbers
