Highly arrogant attitudes, never in the wrong. Probably the worst customer service I've experienced.

After my insurance claim through Standard Bank Insurance Brokers (impossible to speak to a human or have them follow up - separate review) I was not contacted - according to the call log on my phone. They, of course, claim differently. When contact was eventually made all I experienced was bad service and arrogance. They never left voice messages, and seldom responded to Text messages. After the job was done, I discovered that an almost full bottle of Burberry Touch EDT was missing from my bathroom cabinet. All in all, dreadful customer service and I would love to know how they are an approve SB insurance provider.
