DO NOT USE!
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. I had them come and fix a leak on my geyser, they replaced a valve and when they left the geyser wasn't working at all (was not getting hot) they refuse to fix they mistake and blame the element that was fine for YEARS.

In response to your review , please note , the prv valve was faulty (leaking) and plumbers replaced the prv . Thereafter . you experienced that the geyser was not heating up . Kindly note , the element of the geyser heats the water up . Therefore plumbers advised you that the element is faulty . Kindly also take into consideration , you stated that the element was fine for "years" , unfortunately , we cannot answer for the life span of components/products/etc .
