BAD SERVICE/********* CLIENT SERVICE

Pathetic service. Supposedly replaced element and thermostat on my Geyser with no receipt nor old parts left at the premises. When I called admin, Ruwayda such a rude person have to say, swearing and carrying on the telephone, no etiquette as if I was in the wrong. Peter another employee walks throughout the house with no neatness at all as if his on a construction site.. Please do not use this company thru your insurance or personal capacity.At this moment still no answers as to why my Geyser is not heating up after the parts was replaced.
