Simply Everything
I ordered a book that is recommended for matrics on 01 February 2023 and was promised delivery within 3 days. It is now 15 days later and I still haven't received the book. The website does not inform the customer if stock is available prior to making a payment.

You would have received this when you registered, before you purchased. Our terms and conditions (which you accepted before you completed your order) also details how in stock and out of stock items are indicated on our website. We take online shopping safety very seriously and recommend ALWAYS reading each online store's terms and conditions - no two operate exactly the same. If you read the terms and conditions of each store BEFORE you make your purchase, you can make a decision whether you want to continue with that purchase within those terms and avoid disappointment. We have also detailed this safety tip and other online shopping safety tips on our social media accounts.
You'll also note in our terms and conditions that we do not print or manufacture the items we sell, so our delivery times are subject to supplier lead times. Unfortunately these are not always predictable, especially during back to school season, but your parcel will be on its way to you very shortly.
